Combination therapy. NDA filed Dec 18, 2025 (REDEFINE-1/-2 pivotal trials); FDA decision anticipated late 2026 per Novo Nordisk, no confirmed PDUFA date. NOT YET APPROVED as of 2026-07-08 - some low-quality sites have falsely implied approval already happened; verified against Novo Nordisk's own investor announcement before publishing this note. REDEFINE-4 (Feb 23, 2026) missed its noninferiority endpoint vs tirzepatide 15mg at 84 weeks (23% CagriSema vs tirzepatide, did not meet noninferiority margin) - a real efficacy caveat. Manufactured by Novo Nordisk. FDA-approved status: pending.
