Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GLP1Cost.org and its calculators, comparison tools, and content (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Fong Shui Labs LLC, a New York limited liability company ("GLP1Cost," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What GLP1Cost is

GLP1Cost is an independent, educational resource that publishes pricing information, clinical-trial data, and cost-comparison tools for GLP-1 medications. Everything on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. The Site does not sell medications, does not provide medical care, and is not a pharmacy, prescriber, insurer, or telehealth provider.

2. Not medical advice; no provider relationship

The content and calculator outputs on the Site are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Using the Site does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or any other professional relationship between you and GLP1Cost. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs with side effects, contraindications, and drug interactions that can be serious. 3. Estimates, accuracy, and no warranty

Weight-loss projections are population-level mathematical models based on aggregate phase 3 clinical trial data, not individual predictions. Cost figures are based on manufacturer list prices, publicly listed telehealth pricing, and typical insurance copay ranges that change frequently. Your actual results and actual costs will vary. All content and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Site at your own risk.

4. Affiliate links and third-party services

The Site contains affiliate links (any link beginning with /go/). If you click one and complete a qualifying action, a partner may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our pricing data, drug rankings, or editorial content. We are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, or content of any third-party site you reach through the Site, and your dealings with those third parties are solely between you and them. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy Site content except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our written permission;
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of the Site;
• Misrepresent the Site's content as medical advice or as your own original work.

6. Intellectual property

The original text, calculators, comparison tools, and design of the Site are owned by GLP1Cost and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may link to and quote brief portions of our content with attribution. Drug brand names (Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro, Saxenda, Foundayo, and others) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for identification under nominative fair use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or any telehealth provider.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP1Cost and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or your reliance on any content or estimate. This includes, without limitation, decisions you make about medications, providers, insurance, or spending. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLP1Cost and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited data we collect and how it is handled.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
