1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Fong Shui Labs LLC (“GLP1Cost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at glp1cost.org (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, by our Privacy Policy, and by our Disclaimer and Affiliate Disclosure, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you do not agree with any of the disclaimers referenced below or posted on the Site, do not access or use the Site.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organization.

2. The Site Is Informational and Educational Only

The Site is a free, independent, educational resource about the cost and weight-loss outcomes of GLP-1 medications. It provides drug-price comparisons, cost and savings information, summaries of publicly available clinical information, and an in-browser calculator that produces population-level estimates.

The information on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, financial, legal, insurance, or other advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Your use of the Site does not create any professional-client, provider-patient, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

This Section summarizes the position stated more fully on the Site's Disclaimer page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency on the substance of the medical and calculation disclaimers, the Disclaimer page and Section 3 below control in favor of the broadest disclaimer.

3. Not Medical Advice (Incorporating the Disclaimer Page)

The information on the Site is not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a recommendation to use, or to refrain from using, any medication. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs that carry risks, side effects, contraindications, and drug interactions that can be serious, and some carry boxed warnings.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any decision about a prescription medication. Do not start, stop, delay, or change any medication, dose, or treatment based on information from the Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

Any weight-loss projection or other estimate produced by the calculator is a mathematical model derived from aggregate clinical-trial data and represents population-level averages, not a prediction of your individual results.

The full medical disclaimer and the description of how the calculations work are set out on the Site's Disclaimer page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms restate the core of that disclaimer only so that it is part of this agreement; they do not narrow it.

4. No Pharmacy; No Prescribing or Dispensing; No Provider Relationship

GLP1Cost is not a pharmacy. GLP1Cost does not prescribe, dispense, sell, fill, or deliver any medication, and does not facilitate the purchase of any medication. GLP1Cost is not a healthcare provider, is not a telehealth provider, and does not provide any healthcare service.

Where the Site links to a pharmacy, telehealth platform, coupon service, or drug-pricing service, that third party is solely responsible for any product or service it provides to you, under its own terms and subject to its own professional and legal obligations.

5. Affiliate Relationships (FTC 16 CFR Part 255) (Incorporating the Affiliate Disclosure Page)

GLP1Cost has material connections with certain third parties. GLP1Cost participates in affiliate marketing programs with third-party telehealth platforms and drug-pricing or coupon services. When you click certain links on the Site and complete a qualifying action (such as signing up for or purchasing a service), GLP1Cost may earn a commission or other compensation from the third party. These are “material connections” that the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255 (including the disclosure requirement at 16 CFR § 255.5), require us to disclose.

On this Site, affiliate links are implemented as redirect links beginning with /go/ (for example, /go/hims). Affiliate compensation does not change the price you pay, and affiliate relationships do not influence the pricing data, drug rankings, or editorial content shown on the Site. We do not receive commission from drug manufacturers for editorial content, and we do not publish sponsored content disguised as editorial.

The current list of affiliate partners, and the distinction between (a) the telehealth and pricing services with which we have affiliate relationships and (b) the drug manufacturers with which we have no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement, is set out on the Site's Affiliate Disclosure page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In addition to that page and this Section, GLP1Cost provides a clear-and-conspicuous disclosure at or near each affiliate link or affiliate-linked section, as 16 CFR § 255.5 requires.

6. Pricing-Accuracy Disclaimer

Drug prices and cost estimates shown on the Site are approximate and are provided for general informational purposes only. They are sourced from third-party data, public manufacturer pricing, telehealth platforms' public pricing, typical insurance copay ranges, and similar sources, and they are subject to change at any time without notice.

The prices shown may not reflect your actual cost at any specific pharmacy or through any specific service, your insurance coverage, your formulary tier or deductible status, your location, or the price available to you on any given day. Cost estimates produced by the calculator are illustrative population-level figures, not quotes. Always verify the current price directly with the pharmacy, manufacturer, insurer, or service provider before relying on it or making any decision. We make no guarantee that any price or estimate on the Site is current, complete, or accurate. This Section is consistent with, and supplements, the pricing language on the Site's Disclaimer page.

7. Permitted Use; License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GLP1Cost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial, informational purposes.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from the Site or its content except as expressly permitted in Section 8;
• use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site, or harvest or collect information about other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any server, or any system or network connected to the Site, or interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers (including by introducing malware, launching a denial-of-service attack, or circumventing any security feature);
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site, except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary-rights notice on the Site; or
• use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or that infringes or misappropriates the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any suspected violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content - including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, layout, data compilations, the calculator, and software - are owned by or licensed to Fong Shui Labs LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Third-party trademarks. Drug names and brand names referenced on the Site - including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Saxenda, and others - are the trademarks of their respective owners (including Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly). Names of pharmacies, telehealth platforms, and other third parties are the trademarks of their respective owners. GLP1Cost uses these names solely for identification and comparison purposes under nominative fair use. GLP1Cost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any drug manufacturer, and is affiliated with the third-party services identified in our Affiliate Disclosure only to the limited extent of the affiliate relationships disclosed there.

You may view and, for your own personal and non-commercial reference, print or download individual pages of the Site, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices and do not use the content in a way that suggests any association with or endorsement by GLP1Cost without our prior written permission. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site contains links to third-party websites, applications, and platforms - including affiliate links (Section 5), drug manufacturers' websites, telehealth platforms, pharmacies, coupon and drug-pricing services, and government and clinical resources - that are not owned or controlled by GLP1Cost. We provide these links for convenience and information only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, pricing, availability, policies, or practices of any third-party website or platform, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies. Any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it - including all pricing data, cost estimates, clinical information, calculator outputs, and other information - are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLP1Cost disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

GLP1Cost makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or timeliness of any pricing, clinical, calculator, or other content on the Site, and any reliance on such content is at your own risk. GLP1Cost does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Without limiting the medical disclaimer in Section 3 or the Disclaimer page, GLP1Cost makes no warranty regarding any health or weight-loss outcome, and nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any result.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will GLP1Cost, its operator, or their respective members, managers, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or for any personal injury, bodily harm, or medical expense, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any content on it (including any pricing data, clinical information, or calculator output) or any third-party product or service linked from the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not GLP1Cost has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of GLP1Cost and its operator arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including any liability for death or personal injury caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct to the extent applicable law prohibits limiting it.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLP1Cost, its operator, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, your reliance on any content on the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Forum

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts. This Section does not apply to the extent applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in another forum.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and post the updated Terms on this page. Material changes will be identified as such. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and GLP1Cost regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Site.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that or any other provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with any corporate or asset transfer involving the Site.

Survival. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, will survive termination of your access to the Site.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
